Aspiring and active real estate investors targeting in-state and out-of-state multifamily properties. Syndicators, passive income investors, general partnership investors at all levels of expertise are welcome. This will focus on broad and general concepts to targeted niche opportunities to improve properties overall Net Operating Income. Our focus will review our most recent 94 unit deal, provide updates on current deals and discuss other opportunities from members in the group. A micro focus will be placed on how deals are structured and underwritten and how market metrics help determine focus of multifamily decisions.
