Hear Ye, Hear Ye!!! The REIA Formerly known (and duplicately named!) as the South Shore REIA has hereby changed its name to the Boston South REIA!
This is a no-cost, no-sales pitches meeting for those interested in the field or Real Estate Investing.
This meeting is organized by me - Charlie MacPherson, owner of Clear Sailing Realty, LLC and meeting space is graciously donated by Jeff Pilon of Radius Financial.
As such, this meeting is open to all comers - EXCEPT Real Estate Agents and Residential Mortgage Brokers.
(Sorry - the sponsors think it's weird to invite their competitors)
We welcome flippers, wholesalers, tradespeople, buy & hold investors, hard money lenders, note investors, vendors, newcomers, or the curious who might want to dive in to real estate investing.
Our NORMAL meeting schedule will be the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM, but this one time, we will meet on the third Tuesday, August 15, 2017.
We meet at Radius Financial, 600 Longwater Dr, Suite 107, Norwell MA.
