Stephen Bowen is a Co-Owner of Constitution Properties, LLC, New Year Holdings, LLC, and Moor Realty Group, LLC with Mike Falotico. They both quit their full time jobs in 2012 to invest in real estate.
In 2015, they purchased 28 properties and had 9 rental properties and in 2016 they opened their second franchise in Worcester and bought total of 36 properties and added 4 more rentals. They were recognized by HomeVestors corporate as the only franchise out of 650 that have grown their business in 7 consecutive years. Currently, they are well on their way to reach their 2017 goals to purchase 50 homes, add 10 rentals to their portfolio and do 10-12 Million dollars in sales by the end of year. Besides Stephen and Mike's daily involvement in running their business, their staff has grown to three administrative staff, a finance manager, a staff attorney, three buyers, a handyman, and four Realtors as part of their team! Their goals for 2018 are to open a third franchise in New Hampshire, purchase 75 homes and continue to increase their rental portfolio.
