Casual Meetup in Waldo [November]

Hello again, KC.

We had yet another great turnout for our third meeting, this past month. 
So, as long as people keep showing up for drinks and discussion, I will continue to line us up for another month.
Here's looking at you, November!

Come join some of your fellow Kansas Citians for a lively discussion on Kansas City SFH/Multi-Family, made even more enjoyable with some drinks and a patio (we'll actually most-likely be indoors at a big table) added into the mix.
With a "the more the merrier" approach, anyone who is interested in casually discussing KC real estate is welcome to join.
There's no pressure, angle, or agenda. Simply hanging out and talking REI.
Those just getting interested, to those with years under their belt, and all the in-between are welcome.

- Okay, this isn't really new, but I will try to have some good "swag" from my work. Hope you past folks are enjoying the moleskin-esk journals!

- I will let the host/hostess know where we will be sitting, so they know where to direct you when you get there. I will still have the sign on a clipboard on the table.

- The one and only, Ashley Kendrick (https://www.ashleykendrickkc.com/) will be hosting us at the swanky Charwell Realty office in Westport. A broker/investor herself, Ashley will be there to answer any questions and will likely have a lender there to answer any questions you may have from the logistics of the money side.

November was great. Good turn out, as usual. (here's to you, awesome November people!)
We will not be doing a December meetup, due to the holiday season.
However...we'll be making up for it in January!

Start your year off right by joining us on January 11th to discuss REI and help get yourself motivated to make that first or next deal in 2018.
