You are sitting at home, in your pajamas, flipping through listings. Great! You're trying to find a good deal but how do you KNOW?! 

For this meeting, we are going to pick from deals that are active or recently sold on the market and analyze them right then and there.

Our mission: To determine whether or not a particular property might be a waste of time, or if it's a something worth pursuing.

We'll do this for both rental properties and Flips!

Bring a pen and something to write on. I also recommend bringing a laptop, or whatever you access your investor tools on!

Come grab a beer, some dinner, and let's get smarter about how we look at investment properties! This class should slim down the time it takes to go through multiple properties.
