The 2018 Real Estate Panel will be going over what they expect the real estate market in Miami. The leaders of their fields will go over different changes in their field.
The panel will discuss what would be good properties to invest in South Florida.
The panel will consist of :
Paul Ullman– Asset Based Lending– Chief Investment Officer and Founder- Since 2010, ABL has closed 1400+ Transactions totaling over $300 million. As CIO, Paul reviews the overall loan exposures for the company. Prior to ABL, Paul was President and Chief Investment Officer of Highland Financial Holdings Group, a New York City based investment management firm.
Ben Moss- Compass Real Estate– Director in Nationwide Sports/Entertainment Division- Ben is one of two directors for Compass Nationwide Sports/Entertainment Division. Ben has closed well over $50MM in sales each of the last three years and was recognized by the Wall Street Journal's Real Trends report as one of the top-performing Realtors in the country and top 50 this year in the state of Florida.
Noel Veitia – DG Pinnacle -Mortgage lender – Noel has over 15 years in the lending business and specializes in residential and commercial loans in Florida. DG Pinnacle Funding has closed over $65 million in loans in the last two years.
Jeremy Larkin – Commercial Real Estate Brokerage- Chairman of the Board of NAI Miami Commercial Real Estate Services Worldwide. Firm Represents NAI Global in Miami and the Florida Keys. NAI Global is the largest global commercial real estate organization with 375 offices, 6700 real estate professionals in 45 countries.
