We had a group of investors who really wanted to focus on planning for 2018 and we thought it might be a great chance to do it with more people next time and see how the goals were met by the end of the month for everyone (including the hosts Dave and Ernest.
Good planning takes time and practice. Make sure the goals are measurable and simple.
Make sure your January 2018 goals are aligned with your overall 2018 goals.
