This is by far my absolutely favorite class to teach. Investor Psychology is more important than lead generation, and running the numbers, and finding contractors, and making a profit. Without the right mindset and psychology, you just aren't building the right foundation.

If you listen to the radio then you surely hear all these cheesy radio ads for weekend guru bootcamps that claim to have the answer to all of your real estate investing questions. I got news for you, they're full of crap, and it's a scheme to get your money. Those that have gone will tell you first hand. I know people who have dumped $40k+ on "education" only to be left unsure of how to use it.

Don't be a chump. You know what my fee for these classes are? ZERO. I'm not here to take your money. I'm here to help you build a system so you can be successful as a real estate investor, and hopefully as a human being too. Even if you are my competition. I'd rather you be intellectual. rather than plunging yourself into this industry with 10% preparation.

This is arguably one of THE most important topics we will discuss.
