Our first physical meetup will be in conjunction with "Its time to grow your commercial real estate" meetup hosted by Andy Davies. Come hear a brief (30 to 45 min) presentation covering a look at the RV industry , how to buy and how to value an RV park, do's and don't and more.
We welcome all those interested learning about the industry as well as experienced owners, operators, and investors in RV parks. The sponsors of this meetup, Lann and James, currently have an opportunity to participate in cash flow and equity our upcoming RV park development.
This meetup will cost $25 for the lunch as a one time fee....OR you can join Andy's group for the year and pay $40 to cover future meetings in his Commercial Real Estate group.
