Please join me in our meetup - NYC Real Estate Investors Morning Meeting!

We will start having meetups monthly to network and discuss current real estate investing opportunities, trends, and the like.

Our goal is to hold this meetup to help real estate investors network for opportunities, investors, mastermind, discuss strategy, lean new ideas and techniques, lending, taxes and whatever real estate!

We welcome new and experienced investors seeking to invest today or are currently invested in real estate, as well as in the future!

Quick and informal networking and investing while enjoy a morning coffee (and whole grain bagel with butter in my case)!

PS - Don't forget to bring a print out of a current deal you're working on!

    Good morning all real estate investors! We're gearing up for Friday's Morning Meeting.

    If you've replied to the event, thank you and I look forward to meeting you.

    In preparation, please analyze one deal / bring one BP deal analysis with you in the market you're looking at to share with the group.

    Here's one I just did yesterday for a small 2 unit in Easton, PA - is this a good deal on its face?

    I would like to attend the next one. I work on Broadway between 41st and 42nd. I'm not whale by any means but I do own SFH rental in Florida. Definitely will make it a point to meet at the next meet up.
