Hey San Diego Investors!  We made an impromptu change in our schedule for this month! Sorry for the late notice!

We're going to be talking Short-term Rentals in San Diego!  Whether you're a fan or not, they are here to stay....Just like Uber! Come join us!  Get the latest updates from the City Council meeting on Monday and get your questions answered!....

*  What IS Short-Term Residential Occupancy?

* What is a Home Share?

* When would STRO Regulations go into effect?

* As an investor, How do I evaluate properties to fit this model?

* What Criteria do you follow?

"With the goal of reaching a reasonable solution that allows the home-sharing economy to grow while respecting the quality of life in San Diego’s neighborhoods, Mayor Kevin L. Faulconer has announced a new set of proposed regulations on the short-term residential occupancy (STRO) industry that will be considered by the City Council next Monday.

Mayor Faulconer's proposed regulations would allow hosts to rent their primary dwelling unit year-round as Home Share without a license and up to six months as Whole Home with a license."

Danielle Friberg (STR owner and investor), Pedro Tavares (local architect and STR operator) and David Romero (local business owner and construction and STR owner) will share their experiences and answer your questions!
Plan to be there!

Please extend this invitation to family, friends and colleagues! Look forward to seeing you there!
