Calling all Newbies, Wholesalers, Seasoned Investors, and/or Real Estate junkies! We are having another networking event and you are invited. At this meeting we will start by discussing financing for all projects. A representative from HomeBridge will be out to discuss loans like 203(k) (through the FHA version you can put as little as 3.5% down), HomeReady Renovation loan (Down payment as little as 3%, and HomeStyle Renovation Loan (Down Payment as little as 5%). These loans are designed for both purchase and rehab all bundled into the same loan package. Yes you read it correctly.....3-5% down to fund both purchase and rehab ! After the meeting they will be available to discuss your project and their financing options. This is a great opportunity to meet other investors and eliminate one of the excuses that has prevented you from taking action !
