Hey everyone.....It's been nearly two months since we met! It's time to get back at it!

Once a year in Allen County, something special happens. It is my goal to help us be ready and educated about it! We will cover all sorts of topics this month, but we have a guest coming from the Allen County Treasurer's Office to talk to us about buying TAX LIENS at the annual tax lien sale being held in September. If you've ever been curious about investing in Tax Liens, this is a meeting you will not want to miss!

I also need to collect a long list of questions that you would like to have asked at the meeting as this month's guest will be hosting an open Q & A with us as opposed to giving it formal presentation. Please leave your questions in the comments below!

Many of you have already found it, but in case you are unaware, we have started a Facebook group that is very specifically for local Investors in and around Fort Wayne. We have already seen some GREAT discussions happening, and it has been a great resource in just the few weeks it has been up and running (Local contractors, suggestions for paint vendors, how to get rid of smells, etc...).
