Topic: Demystifying the 1031 Exchange
with Kyle T Kadish of Advantage Wealth Solutions

Real estate is often seen as an opportunity to generate cash flow and income. Those involved know the asset class provides an opportunity to increase wealth. After adding value through one property or an entire portfolio, challenges arise in how to exit while maintaining as much of that wealth as possible. This interactive conversation will review portions of the tax code that relate to property owners, why they exist, and how investors can use them (singularly or in tandem) to hold onto more of what they created.

Kyle’s work with investors revolves around the many opportunities that exist beyond stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. Specific to real estate, he helps investors in all phases of their investment lifecycle. Along with passive investment opportunities, Kyle focuses most of his time with the tax code, allowing investors to keep more of what they have created and built – rather than pay tax liabilities. He is an accredited educator by the Florida Bar, and often speaks in front of audiences over 100 people on tax advantage strategies investors can use to maintain wealth.

Time:
Meetings start at 7:00pm with about 10-15 minutes of meet and greet at the beginning. If you are running late, no worries! Our speaker usually goes from 7:30-8:30pm but feel free to hang out afterward, meet fellow investors, and enjoy the refreshments.
