Dr Tameka Bryant shares with us 99 Ways to Make Money in Real Estate. Learn how to find a Niche that Pays. Join us at Mid-America Association of Real Estate Investors for their September Monthly Meeting on the 11th at the Holiday Inn at 8787 Reeder Road in Overland Park. From 6 to 7 pm, come to network, talk to our many vendors, ask a question at our Genius Bar and learn more about membership. Then at 7 the presentation starts.
Members of MAREI & First Time Guests, Pre-Register for No Charge. All others pay $25 at the Door, can pre-register for $15 or join. Be sure to register here: https://bit.ly/2Pyjafy Learn more about membership: http://www.marei.org/membership/ As always we offer networking for 150 to 200 attendees from 6pm to 7pm. We also have two experts on different real estate related topics ready to take your questions, we have a general marketing table where you can place business cards or stack of flyers. Then we have our presentation from 7 to 9. For our late night people, we also have a meeting after the meeting in the bar. Come out and support your local REIA group, your membership dollars work very hard to provide a monthly meeting space that does not require you to buy this or that, to provide online social media marketing for our members, a free website for our members, a chance to connect and network, discounts for members, plus we also work to keep members informed of local issues like rental licensing, advocate for you at the local, state nd federal levels (when is the last time a website went to a city council meeting or to the capitol building on your behalf?) and a chance to give back by teaching or participating in one of our charity events through out the year.
