Founded in June of 2015, Speeedy House Buyers Inc. connects Real Estate Investors with discounted property by specializing on finding off-market properties. Properties are usually in dis-repair and "motivated sellers". Speeedy sell their contractual interest to Real Estate Investors for a fee.
Shawn McVicker Grew up in Mooreland, Oklahoma. After a few semesters of computer programming he decided that wasn't for him and began driving trucks in the oilfield. The entrepreneur bug caught him so he quit the oilfield job in 2013 and moved to OKC to begin his real estate investing career full time with wholesaling, rentals and more.
Luke Ward was born and raised in OKC. Started investing in real estate 4 years ago during school. He attained a degree from UCO in finance. He has been working full time in real estate since 2012 and started to concentrate on wholesaling real estate two years ago.
