Heads up! I'll be hosting my monthly meetup this Wednesday at 7 pm at Maggie O'Briens in Sunset Hills. As always, no pitching, no sales, just a forum for fellow investors to ask and get answers for questions they might have about nearly anything related to investing. A few times a year I'll have guest speakers to cover special topics, like legal, accounting, or financing. Some background about me: I've been investing in St. Louis since I was in college, starting with renovating properties and self-managing. Currently I'm a broker/owner of a realty company and a property management company, and I also have a general contracting and roofing company. So, wide berth of experience across a lot of St. Louis city and the county.
We'll be located in a private room, and I typically wear a black polo with a green company logo on it.
