Brew City REI and KRREIA will be co-hosting a Pop-up event at fellow Brew City REI member, Kevin Finley's rehab. This property just underwent a 10 week renovation and will be listed soon after our tour.
This was NOT a full gut, however, some of the work was extensive and difficult decisions had to be made in order to provide the best property with the best return.
This is a great opportunity to ask questions and provide input, as well as network with other real estate investors. We will most likely head to a local restaurant for a networking dinner afterwards as well (details TBD).
