Unlike other investors meeting The Woodlands REIA is not about gurus. Its a mastermind where like-minded people come together to share ideas, compare notes, discuss their successes and ask for help with their problems.

This mastermind is held at the Woodlands Eco Realty office which is an investor-friendly brokerage. 

Broker owner of Woodlands Eco Realty became a realtor after having trouble finding realtors savvy enough to work with investors. She herself has been an investor for a long time before getting her license. 

Now she teaches other investors the benefits of getting their own license and finding their own deals.

This meeting is not open to other realtors or wholesalers.

This meeting is for passive investors and active investors only who do not want to give away a big chunk of equity to wholesalers or realtors.

This is an opportunity to learn and mastermind with - "in the trenches" experienced or newbie investors
