We will end the year with a great event with 4 great speakers covering some very relevant topics:
- State of the current real estate market in the Bay Area and key indicators. Market update.
- Insurance for real estate investors
- Wealth Management, Tax strategies for 2018 and planning for 2019. Market update

We are going to have a half day event on a Saturday. Free lunch will be provided. Purely educational event!! Unlike other Meetups, there will be no pitching of services. This is going to be purely educational.
Our speakers are:
Roark O’Neill: State of the current real estate market in the Bay Area and key indicators. Market update. Roark is an experienced and very knowledgeable local real estate broker who will provide us with his insights of the current market. We will uncover new ways of finding ideal investment deals in the current market.
Oleg Kotov: Insurance needs for real estate investors and more. As we all know the importance of carrying the right insurance, there are many subtleties for that real estate investors need to be aware of.
Grant Ter,-Avanesyan, CFP®: Grant is a wealth management and tax strategy expert and a Certified Financial Planner. He will provide education that is important for tax strategies and how to prudently think about your investments.
Alexandra Moari: Alexandra is a very experienced local property manager and loan broaker. Alexandra will cover mortgages and how to prepare for them and how to shop for the best lender. Obtaining a mortgage in this rising market can be daunting with all of the paperwork, qualification requirements, and it is no simple feat but being prepared for the paperwork can help.
In addition we will have an opportunity to network and share are our Have’s and Wants.
