Join us for another session of the Fix and Flip Focus Group with this Field Trip at a home in the process of a Fix and Flip then moving the meeting to our offices at TANIS and Investor's Title Services - 505 E. Algonquin Rd, Algonquin AT 730pm for plenty of NETWORKING and FUN!

This Focus Group is intentionally kept to a small number of attendees in order to stimulate involved conversation from all members --- YOU HAVE TO RSVP as we have limited space!
Whether you have 25 flips under your belt, or just looking to start on your first project, you will benefit from this meetup.
Discuss, network, interact, and learn in a small group setting at actual home sites giving you the best opportunity to 'see how it's done'.

• We WILL be reviewing ACTUAL estimates and costs for these projects, a very very valuable bit of information that helps paint the picture of what expenses really go into a rehab project!-- BACK AT THE OFFICE AFTER THE TOUR!
After the initial meeting at 630pm to 730pm at the house and then we will be heading back to the TANIS Group Realty offices at 505 E. Algonquin Rd, Algonquin to review the property in detail and analyze the numbers
Doors open at 630pm at our initial home site in Algonquin, Illinois, and we will be heading to our office for the review and analyze the numbers on this deal.
Please feel to bring guest or your partner, but keep in mind we are capped at the amount of attendees at this event!
Upon arriving back at our offices at 730pm beverages will be made available for all attendees.
