This is a meetup for women by women dedicated to helping each other flourish in real estate investing. We meet monthly to encourage, educate, and motivate each other. This month we have Alina Trigub teaching us about how to passively invest in real estate while preserving wealth, reaping the tax benefits of being a property owner and receive residual income from it.

In addition, Alina offers educational webinars in collaboration with various administrators of self-directed IRA companies. Topics revolve around aspects of getting started investing in syndications by using funds in solo 401k or self-directed retirement plans.
