Matthew and his team at Buy Paper Assets are dedicated to bringing higher returns to each of its joint venture partners by working with non performing mortgage liens and bringing the home owner current on their payments. They work with a variety of exit strategies with the homeowner so they can stay in their home and pass a healthy profit to its investors.
Buy Paper Assets buys nationwide, however, specializes in buying in the following states: TN, SC, MI. OH, IN, & GA. We target properties at or above 50k - 140k fair market value and purchase the assets for around fifty cents on the dollar.
We operate in Eau Claire, WI, mainly out of coffee shops because this business allows us to work with a computer, cell phone, and delicious cup of coffee on the table. This niche allows us to be mobile and live life to the fullest.
When "off the clock" Matthew enjoys spending time with his family, biking, and being in the outdoors. He also enjoys masterminding with local business entrepreneurs including his brother, Mitch, and numerous others in the community.
