InvestHer Austin Texas Second Meetup Group
InvestHer : Our goal is to create a community to empower women who invest in Real Estate to live a financially free and balanced life. Andresa and Liz and are both full time investors with over 20 years of combined experience in the business and we have had our share of successes and challenges. We have InvestHER Meetups around the country lead by local investors who are movers and shakers. This is a very interactive meetup so come prepared to share and ask all those questions that can no longer wait for an answer!!!
Our Meeting Topic : The Skinny on Hard Money Lending
Kelly Smith from East Street Capital will be joining us for our March 2019 meetup group. Kelly will be providing insight on how hard moneys works, how to get approved, the types of deals that are typically funded and common issues that occur during the hard money lending process (as well as how to prevent them).

The meeting will structured similar to our first meetup so please be sure to bring your questions regarding the process of hard money lending and any deals you may need guidance on.
Lynn Currie (Starling Development) has offered to let us use her office for our next meetup group! Feel free to bring snacks and beverages!
