Every meeting we interview our members on what they want to learn about next. A majority of our members continue to bring up questions regarding construction, renovations, & rehabbing properties. This month we decided to invite Alex Jerez & Christian Guerrero of Sprout Construction to come educate our members on how to rehab and renovate properties locally. Alex & Christian are the founders of the construction company that has quickly made a name for itself as the premier group when it comes to renovating residential & commercial properties using innovative "green" philosophies. Please come prepared with questions so that you can make sure to get the most value possible!
In addition Eric Braun of Contour Mortgage will be making an appearance to talk about how to leverage financing towards getting your first house hack deal done. Eric has worked with a variety of first time buyers and investors towards helping them get one step closer to their real estate goals.
For those who haven't been to one of our meetings, it consists of a group of motivated, driven, & ambitious indivduals who all have the goal of achieving financial freedom through real estate. This is not your typical seminar hosted by some real estate guru to pitch you on their training program, this is a club put together by your local real estate team in an effort to bring like minded investors together to mastermind and educate each other.
