Tom! I'll make it back to the meet ups some day. We just had our 2nd baby 2 weeks ago. Things have been hectic. We're also going to close on another rental unit mid-April, which will be our 5th unit in St Charles. We're learning some lessons for sure, and things are overall going well. Greetings to Jerry, too. Meeting with you guys gave us enough of a nudge to buy our first rental unit a year and a half ago or so.
congratulations! - on the houses and the baby! That is awesome to hear. I just bought my 4th house. I drive through st charles often on the way to work. I have wondered how you were doing with the rentals. It is good to hear from you. Jerry and i still meet every month. We have a couple other regulars now and each month we see someone new and then never see them again.
