He started investing in real estate with one single family home in 2014, and has since wholesaled, flipped houses, and built a rental portfolio including single family properties in NJ. He recently purchased a 40 unit, $2.25M apartment complex in Portsmouth, VA.

Justin will share the real story of how, with no multifamily experience, he scaled his business from 3 rental properties to purchasing a 40 unit apartment complex. He'll discuss how he found, funded, and closed on this property, as well as all the tough lessons learned and surprises along the way.
