Melissa will include a breakdown of what these entities need in order to sell real estate, including compliance with the latest statutes & non-resident taxes. The tales from the closing table will ensure that all parties will be crossing their "T's" and dotting their "I's" because what the corporate seller doesn't know, can hurt them.
Melissa D’Ellena is a partner at D’Ellena Law Office located in East Greenwich, where she practices law with her father, Carmine D’Ellena. Melissa has been a member of the RI & MA Bar Associations, since 2004 after attending Roger Williams Law School. Her practice as a title attorney covers all aspects of real estate conveyancing. Her professional interests include education; Melissa has a school dedicated to continuing education of realtors and also serves as the Education Director on the board of the Young Professional Network and is an Expert Contributor on the Round Table Radio show, hosted by Emilio DiSpirito.
