For May, we will be introducing you to the creative side of real estate investing! Although there are many options (Wholesaling, Bond for Deed, Lease Purchase, Subject To, Seller Carry Back, etc) we will be focusing on Wholesaling and Bond for Deed. One is a way to flip real estate with little to no money while the other is a budget friendly way to acquire real estate.
