Meeting Topic: Pizza, Pop and Property Talk. We are having an round table-open forum.
Real estate has been on fire for the last couple of years and many are looking to get started or expand their business. As of late, there is talk about a slowdown. Is now a good time to buy property? Should I buy and flip or buy and hold? What is a good deal? Where should I look for deals? I am new and have questions of my own. This months meeting will be a round table - open discussion, to discuss these questions and more. If you are new to real estate investing or have been doing this a long time, you will want to be there. Get your questions answered and learn some tricks of the trade. This is a great opportunity, to get your real estate questions answered in a friendly atmosphere from successful real estate investors.
We will provide Pop (or water) and Pizza too (first come first served).
