Hi everyone!! This month's meetup is coming up! We will be meeting at James Freeney's house on 232 McKenzie Ln in Pinehurst. He just started his first flip in Pinehurst and has had some challenges along the way. He will be talking about how he found, funded, and is working this deal. He will also be talking about lessons learned so far as a newer investor and what issues he is having to overcome with this project. We will be able to see all the work in progress. Food and drinks will be provided as well as a donation jar for the host.
