This month, the Tri-Cities REI group will host Darren Light. Darren has been investing in the multifamily real estate market for several years. He will share how he got started, how he finances his deals, the bumps and bruises he encountered along the way and how he manages tenants and service calls. We may even get some details on his major re-positioning of a 61 unit complex in Johnson City.
