For this rehab tour, we will be following up on the rehab from last month. The house is now complete and under contract!

We will meet at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse (27001 US Hwy 19 N Ste 1160, Clearwater, FL 33761) to compile into less cars prior to visiting the house, From there, we will go together to the house for the walk through tour. At the tour, we will get a synopsis on what has been done, how and why. Bring a notepad, take pictures, and ask all the questions you come up with!

After the tour, we will head back to BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse for lunch and further discussions. Only for those who RSVP, we will have comps provided by our brokerage sponsor.

This is a no pitch event where nobody is selling you on any programs... just a bunch of real local investors getting together to further improve our rehabs.

All real estate experience levels invited and welcomed.

We will all leave from BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse at 11:00am SHARP for a quick drive to the property. Arrive early or the group may have left prior to you arriving.
