Registration is required for all events Our REAPS Commercial meeting is held every month on the 2nd Wednesday at the Bellevue Azteca Mexican Restaurant. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community! Doors open at 6:00pm for networking, meeting begins at 6:30pm.
If you have never attended one of our events, then just register online and use promo code "guest" to attend your first meeting for free. For everyone else, if you don't register online then please plan to pay $20 at the door when you arrive.

Storage units are hot right now! We took the plunge, bought a fixer-upper facility, and lived to tell about it. We'll tell you about the challenges we faced with taking over a facility managed by drug dealers and how we turned the place around in less than a year...and then bought two more locations! Small, poorly managed facilities can reap big rewards.
- We are both part-time investors. Wendy is a professional firefighter and Landon is a freelance commercial diver
- We bought our first facility in 2018, bought two more locations within a year.
- Currently also own an SFR that was the first toe-dip into real estate investing. It was the project that sparked the interest while also giving us some very valuable (albeit expensive) lessons in investing.
