The Wellings Income Fund I, LLC has already invested with two great operators in a total of 20 self-storage, mobile home park, and multifamily assets. It’s said, “You make money when you buy.” This operator has a (very!) unique acquisition strategy that has allowed them to procure diamonds in the rough...mom-and-pop owned storage facilities and mobile home parks that were overlooked by other operators. In fact, 92% of their investments were sourced off-market.

The proof is in their track record. As of March 2018, their average returns were 70.4% IRR.
