Our South Meals N Deals is held monthly on the second Monday and is open to the public. This event is FREE for members and $15 for guests. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional, but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community! Doors open at 6:00 pm for networking, meeting begins at 6:30 pm.

If you have never attended one of our events, then just register online and use promo code "guest" to attend your first meeting for free. If you don't register online then please plan to pay $20 at the door when you arrive.

e are super excited and blessed to host William "Bill" L. Exeter as our guest speaker for this month's meeting. William "Bill" L. Exeter is the President and Chief Executive Officer for The Exeter Group of Companies, including The Exeter Group, LLC, Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC, Exeter Trust Company, Exeter Asset Services Corporation, Exeter IRA Services, LLC and their affiliated companies. Mr. Exeter is based in the company's National Corporate Headquarters Office located in San Diego, California.

Mr. Exeter has been in the banking, trust and fiduciary services industry since 1980. He began specializing in real estate tax strategies in 1985 with a special emphasis in 1031 and 1033 Exchanges as well as Self-Directed IRAs.

Bill has written, lectured, taught and trained investors extensively on 1031 and 1033 Exchange transactions, Tenant-In-Common (TIC) investment properties pursuant to IRS Revenue Procedure 2002-22 and Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) pursuant to IRS Revenue Ruling 2004-86 as like-kind replacement property solutions for 1031 and 1033 Exchanges, Self-Directed IRAs and Title Holding Trusts (Land Trusts).

Greg Gallagher is a REAPS Board Member. His business primarily consists of flips and wholesale deals in King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Kitsap counties. He is a licensed real estate broker and has been working/buying at the foreclosure auctions since 2009 for himself and for clients. Finally, Greg is involved in real estate investing education as an instructor and coach.
