August is still a summer month so I think it would be appropriate to discuss Airbnb and short-term rentals, a topic we have not offered yet. My broker, Rhyan Finch, will be speaking on the subject. Rhyan has spreadsheets to share and will talk about our local Airbnb market opportunities and basics of the business of running a successful short-term rental. Sierra Alderman will have the floor to speak about her services as a vacation rental manager. She will offer some tips and tricks, but also her services. Carrie Copenhaver will be in the audience to pipe in about regulations in our local cities and some of her expertise in how she runs her successful short-term rentals. See you all there!
