- Arturo Borges, young entrepreneur and real estate investor. Co-GP on a 398-unit apartment syndication in Texas and former Head of Investor Relations at Cardone Capital.
- Jorge Sanchez, successful business owner and private real estate investor. Jorge has built a private portfolio of 80+ units of multifamily real estate. He is a passive investor on more than $60 million worth of multifamily syndications in Texas and Florida.

- Lennon Lee, Founder of The Multifamily Investing Club. Principal at BLD Capital Group and full time real estate investor with equity participation in north of $100 million worth of multifamily real estate.
