Our REAPS Commercial meeting is held every month on the 2nd Wednesday at the Bellevue Azteca Mexican Restaurant. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community! Doors open at 6:00pm for networking, meeting begins at 6:30pm.

If you have never attended one of our events, then just register online and use promo code "guest" to attend your first meeting for free. For everyone else, if you don't register online then please plan to pay $20 at the door when you arrive.

This month we are lucky to have Holly Diamond from LT Services/Cutting Law. Their offices have represented Landlords in the area for more than 30 years. They will be going over and discussing the new landlord tenant laws that have just gone into effect in Washington state. Also will discuss Seattle proper laws. If you manage tenants you should be here.
