FALL EVENT
New Orleans Investors is holding a Free Investor Networking Event for the Fall. The event will be on October 8th, 2019 at 6:15 pm to 8:30 pm. Meetup will be on Tuesday evening at the Jefferson Parish Library 4747 West Napoleon Ave., Metairie, LA 70001 in the meeting rooms near the front entrance.
ABOUT EVENT
Event will be primarily for long-term investors (buy and hold) and briefly discuss both real estate, stocks and more. Meetup will offer attendees:
1) Free list of properties for sale in the Greater New Orleans Area
2) Free list of sources, websites and methods investors can use to hunt for bargain property in the area
3) Free Cookies and Water
4) Free Real Estate Market Analysis of New Orleans (Rental Rates included)
5) Free Stock Market Analysis
6) Free list of Stocks, Funds and ETFs our group screens
7) Free list of the Best Investing Books
8) Free list of Top Investing Movies
9) Time to ask questions to host and audience
10) Time to network and speak to others (Host will not just give a presentation for the entire time forcing audience to just sit and watch. Presentation should last only 30 to 45 mins).

ABOUT US
New Orleans Investors is a free club for people in the Greater New Orleans Area who are looking to invest primarily in long-term assets: rental property in and around New Orleans, private equity, stocks, bonds etc. We also enable members to meet fellow investors attempting to do the same. In addition, we try to help those who cannot afford to invest in real estate and private equity by teaching them alternative methods to invest.
We currently (Summer 2019) have over 350 members on Meetup and over 450 members on Facebook. We are not a business trying to charge you for a product or service and I, the founder, am not a stock broker, financial advisor, lender, money manager or real estate agent trying to charge you as a client. This club is free, and I do this for fun.
