Often times as investors seek out discounted real estate to buy, they find properties where the owner has passed away and nothing legally has been done yet to pass the property along to the heirs. Jared Miguez and John Stephens of Fleur De Lis Title Company will be helping us understand how to deal with properties like this and other probate scenarios. The event venue has changed their name recently to Comfort Inn & Suites from Country Inn & Suites. Same location, just don't let the new name fool you. Doors open at 6:00PM and the meeting will start at 6:30PM. If you have business cards and/or a deal, bring them! There will be plenty of opportunities to learn, network and share local deals.
