Looks like we'll be getting some visitors from Cleveland to have a beer with us on Oct 23! I just bought my last 6 units from him and his team - he's born and raised in Cleveland so this next happy hour will be an opportunity for folks to find out more about the real estate market in CLE! Get it straight from the source. Still informal, no presentations, just drinks and real estate investing talk at the rooftop bar. Happy hour is til 7pm so get there early for a deal :)
