For October, we will be discussing some vital ingredients in your success at building a portfolio and business in real estate investing. Two main factors are the building of your team (local professionals, allies, AND even employees) and treating this like a business. Often times many struggle, fail, or get discouraged because they don't have the right team or understand the business side of investing.

Investing is a team sport and if you treat this like a business, it'll pay you like a business. Come learn some practical tips on these topics that will help you work towards more success.
