Our Bellingham Meals N Deals is held monthly on the fourth Wednesday and is open to the public. This event is FREE for members and $15 for guests. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional, but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community! Doors open at 6:00pm for networking, meeting begins at 6:30pm.
If you have never attended one of our events, then just register online and use promo code "guest" to attend your first meeting for free. If you don't register online then please plan to pay $20 at the door when you arrive.
Civic Financial's Brian Richard discusses the BRRRR Financing
This month we are pleased to host one of our REAPS Sponsors, Civic Financial and Brian Richard. Civic has a lot of great lending programs and does BRRRR financing in over half of the States in the US. They are the largest company that sponsors REAPS and has a massive footprint across the US. Brian is a local representative for Civic and works out of their Kirkland office. Brian will share with us the structures and programs you can access to get your Buy and Hold business growing.
