Hey investors! We have an exciting event coming up that you’re not going to want to miss!

Our very own Rick Albert is going to be sharing with us his story on how he was able to hack not just one, but 2 homes in the "expensive" LA market! He loves to tell people just how wrong the theory that LA is off limits and how it IS possible to be an investor in the SoCal market (he's living proof!) Yes, even with the new rent control laws! Plus, he is going to share tips from 2 successful investors he has worked closely with over the past several years. He is also going to provide valuable information on ADU's since he personally has done one.

Rick has also recently been featured in the new Bigger Pockets book, "The House Hacking Strategy". He is super approachable and has a ton of knowledge to share and gives off the vibe that he truly loves this business and wants to help others be successful too.

So come out 11/21/19 from 6:30pm - 8:30pm for this special event. We have changed the location for this one time, not too far from the usual spot, to have more of a secluded and less distracting place for Rick to present.
