The Mayor has stated that Resolution 190934 and Ordinance 190935 will be on the agenda at the December 12th City Council Meeting. We need to continue to reach out.
We've made great progress with our letters, emails and phone calls over the past few weeks in getting revisions to the proposed Resolution 190934 the Tenant's Bill of Rights and Ordinance 190935 creating an as yet New Unfunded City Department on top of all the Current City Departments. We cannot let up.
Please voice your concerns to the city council today by sending a letter on Monday, emails as well, and making a few phone calls to your own city council member.
As we receive information, if we receive in advance of this meeting we will post it on the Facebook Group for the KC Regional Housing Alliance.
