Omar from OC FIBI will be joining us tonight to be the guest speaker about how he to invest in multifamily property and how to perform the due diligence on these types of properties. He is a very experience investor that has done all types of investments.
This is a great meeting to come to if you are looking to get into multifamily, have an interest in hearing someone that has extensive experience, and runs a great meetup that brings in great speakers as well that he listens to each month. The information, and the knowledge on the ins and outs of investing is massive for Omar.
It will be a good night to bring something to take some notes with and bring someone that you know that is interested in real estate investing because there will be a lot of information packed in one night.
