I met Darren Smith 4 years ago when he was just starting to build a wholesaling operation in Denver, CO (where he lived at the time). Since then, he's grown it to a well oiled machine that he runs remotely from PA (and believe me, it was not all sunshine and lollipops along the way!), and in 2019 he entered into the commercial real estate investing journey with a 23,000 SF property that is only 13 years old and has a 10 year lease with a government tenant!
