Improving your property management skills will make you more money with less hassle, and that is the theme of the incredible 2020 Pittsburgh landlord summit. This event is sponsored by the Pittsburgh Real Estate Investors Association. The Legendary Lou Brown will be our special guest speaker. Lou will be sharing his tips and tricks as a successful property manager with over 30 years of experience owning hundreds of rental properties.
Lou will be teaching how to get the most dollars for our rentals while controlling and preparing for every potential tenant problem. The details are in the paperwork. Lou is a master of landlord paperwork. He will cover everything from tenant screening to what needs to be in your lease, as well as a couple of important tips that will keep your money flowing and keep you out of court.
If your goal is monthly income, then you don’t want to miss this event. If you want to quit your job, then you don’t want to miss this event. If you want to get a higher rate of return on you current assets, then you don’t want to miss this event.

The first session is a detail filled 90 minute class. The next day, Wednesday, there will be a deep dive into all things landlord related. Try to attend both days if you can, but one day is much better than nothing.
