Since we have entered into a new decade, it's the perfect time to reflect on what we have accomplished in 2019 and how we are setting our goals for 2020. We will talk about victories and mistakes and how to move forward and make this new year the best one yet for investing.
As always, I will add all new attendees to our collaborative google drive where you can get contact info and other bonus docs like a sample lease, my personal Joliet Analysis Map, and many more, uploaded by local investors like you!
There will be no sales pitches at the event, this is purely for local investors to meet up, network, and swap information. Both newbies and seasoned investors are welcome to attend.
